The latest Humble Bundle is a must-have for Capcom fans as it contains up to ten of the publisher’s best games at a ridiculously discounted price.
If you are looking for something that will help you survive until the time The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Realm it starts tomorrow so I highly recommend checking it out this latest Humble Bundle (opens in a new tab): Capcom Heroic Collection. For just $1 / £0.80 you can buy four highly regarded Capcom titles on Steam. These are Mega Man Legacy Collection, Strider, Lost Planet 3, AND Bionic Commando: Armed.
Increase your pledge to $10 / £8 to get an extra three games: Mega Man 11, Mega Man Legacy Collection 2, and absolutely brilliant Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen. Finally, declaring $30/£24 adds the last three games of the bundle. These are Rise of the Monster HunterStreet Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, AND Phoenix Wright: The Ace Attorney Trilogy.
This brings the total number of Capcom games including the Humble Bundle to ten. Or if you’re meticulous and count every game in every collection, you’ll get nearly 40 titles for less than half the price of a single AAA release. It’s hard to argue with such value for money.
Blue Bombardment
Even the lower tiers of this Capcom Humble Bundle are worth a look. Even if you’re not a Mega Man fan, Globetrotter are excellent metroidvania titles from the people who developed Killer Instinct (2013)one of our picks for the best fighting games.
Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is also a high recommendation; an extremely ambitious action RPG currently in development for a sequel. But it is the highest level that provides a home run. Rise of the Monster Hunter is brilliant while Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection provides a faithful compilation of classic Capcom arcade games from the 90s. Finally, Phoenix Wright: The Ace Attorney Trilogy is a must-have for fans of high-stakes murder mysteries with charming characters and gripping courtroom drama.
It’s a versatile, fantastic Humble Bundle, and arguably one of the best collections since its inception. I remember paying pennies for bundles that included games like Bastion, Goo World AND VVVVVV, all of which remain among my favorite indies to this day.
Until May 25, 2023, you can purchase the Capcom Heroic Collection on the official Humble Bundle website. Be sure to check it out before it disappears.
